For parts where one extra setup ruins your tolerance stack, we use 5-axis vertical machining centres to hit multiple faces in a single clamping.

7 Wire EDM machines — Accutex, Chmer, and Ezee Cut — make this one of the densest EDM setups in the region. For hardened steel, carbide, tight cavities, and shapes where conventional cutting fails.

Every part verified before it leaves the floor.
Precision means nothing if it isn't measured. Our QC lab houses calibrated measurement equipment that verifies dimensional accuracy on every batch — not just spot checks.
First Article Inspection
First component off every setup is fully dimensionally verified against drawing before batch production begins.
In-Process Checks
Critical dimensions are checked at defined intervals during machining — not just at the end.
Final Dimensional Verification
Every batch undergoes final inspection on the granite surface plate with height master and appropriate gauges.
Documentation & Traceability
Inspection records, material traceability, and job cards maintained for every order — available on request.
Dispatch Clearance
No component ships without QC sign-off. Rejected parts are reworked or scrapped — never shipped borderline.

We don't have an ISO plaque on the wall yet — but we run the same verification discipline that ISO demands. Every component that ships from Jasraj has been measured, documented, and cleared by a human who understands what ±0.001mm actually means on a machine floor.
